Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, in collaboration with RARARES Gallery, is proud to present a special pop-up exhibition by Fatma Lootah, one of the UAE’s most celebrated contemporary artists.

This unique partnership between a leading luxury hotel and a prominent contemporary art gallery brings together hospitality and culture, creating an inspiring space for dialogue through art.

Fatma Lootah is widely recognized for her emotionally charged, socially engaged works, exploring themes of identity, womanhood, and cultural memory. Born in Dubai and trained at the Art Academy of Baghdad and later in Washington, D.C., she has lived in Verona, Italy since the 1980s while maintaining strong ties to the UAE. Her works have been exhibited internationally across Italy, France, Switzerland, Austria, the United States, Morocco, India, and Qatar. A career highlight was her participation in the Nasdaq Artist in Residence program in Times Square, New York (2018), where her work was showcased on one of the world’s most iconic stages.

On the occasion of Emirati Women’s Day’s 50th anniversary, Lootah shares:
